The Campus to Commons Trail envisions a safe multimodal connection from University of Kentucky to the Turner Commons development along the Virginia Avenue, Red MIle Road, and Forbes Road corridor. Ryan led the study team and delivered a feasibility study with design cross sections, cost estimates, and a phasing plan which local stakeholders are now using to bring the trail to life.
